Pros

Strong culture of learning and relationships. Management likes to promote from within, so it is possible to advance quickly. Many employees stay for their entire career. Great perks such as opportunities to attend concerts and participation in social activities with your coworkers.

Cons

Very social culture. If you are uncomfortable with being friends with your coworkers, working at BMI may be uncomfortable for you.

Pros

None- minimum wage and thats it -- oh you get free hot chocolate drinks once in a while.

Cons

It i s acon artist company pretends to be non profit and pays its employees nothing but executives make $250,000 a year. Management is structured as a pyramid scheme and they rip off the music industry artists and pay them less than they are supposed to receive.
