Pros

The friendships that were made while being apart of the company. The employee get togethers.

Cons

Communication in the Nashville office is bad. They over work part timers and expect them to devote all their time to a part time job. Hours are not as flexible as they used to be. It's very hard to feel comfortable to talk to upper management, it seems they look down on you. HR will "listen" to your concerns, but it seems that they never try to fix situations or look further into them.

Pros

Well respected in the Industry, potential for continued innovation. Current CEO (Succeeded Mr Bryant) is strong gifted leader.

Cons

Some areas struggle with understanding the value of strong people leadership vs iron fist management. Future potential is directly tied to how much time an effort is devoted to the true leaders of people.
