Most of my co-workers were excellent people. Enjoyed telecommuting a couple of days per week.

Cons

This was a great company in the past. Now it's just another metric-based call center with ego-maniac AVP's and Senior Directors who care about nothing but the almighty dollar. Employees are just robots here now. Should have known things were going downhill when the new President "Mike" proudly announced at a company retreat a couple years back that he had never heard of Zydeco music. Really? The President of a major company within the music industry has never heard of Zydeco music and announces it to the entire department? Sad.

The people are amazing. Fun, creative types that have a passion for music.

Cons

After working part time for a year and half and a half dozen interviews for full time, still no movement. Have felt they do what is best for them and not so much for the individuals who truly want to be here. Pay could certainly be better as well. It is on the lower end since it's non profit.
