Pros

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to work for Broadcom, a large majority of Talent Acquisition became redundant when they acquired VMware.

Cons

Broadcom does not communicate with redundant (due to acquisition) employees individually during a mass layoff, non-specific personal information is provided through an FAQ. The only way to communicate with them is through a provided email address, which opens a ticket.

Pros

the stock does go up

Cons

- giving false promises - not supporting visas, no transparency at all, but hide it until it is too late for employees to find new options - HR very rude and close tickets without fully answering questions. - Very bad work culture - Zero benefits

Pros

Great way to learn SaaS, product, GTM and sales

Cons

I had to work with a mental manager who was an H1B worker. ( inexperienced). @ VmWare who was sexist/racist - Lack of social / interpersonal skills with blowups or staring at me in a wrong way. This was bizarre as he was always hiding on zoom. Not all departments are this bad. This dept. prefered Indian H1B visa workers with no social skills. Horrifying! Reading some of the reviews appears there is racism by Indians @Vmware and part of the culture. Glad I am out of that developing world environment.
