Review is for VMware - not Broadcom: Vmware was a great company to learn and brand & products. Great experience.
Cons
Slow saas/subscription adoption and disjointed in terms of cross teams, too much collusion (example Indians or south Asian men backing each other up without adherence to policy and bullying). There were good people there too but overtime it went downhill. in the dept I was in the VP lied about his results - pathological liar, promoted H1B workers- one of who was a sexual predator who made racial comments preying on women hovering over them - sexual harassment. This person is still on payroll today due to that corruption & collusion- the acquisition from Broadcom was god send. Company needed to be acquired due to too much internal collusion- stock was flat for 10 yrs..isn’t that proof of no growth. DEI was lame too and it just created favoritism on teams, bias and in some cases racism.
