Lots of talented people and you can learn a lot. Your product will change the world and be commercialized. For example, I learned the true value why a ring buffer is required in the system.

Cons

Every quarter, you will be challenged and someone must leave. It's like a Russian bullet. Someone must leave. And that someone can be very talented person. No training or whatsoever.
