Good Pay, RSU and ESPP options are there. Stock appreciation is pretty good.

Cons

no job security most of the VMware employs were affected due to layoffs conservative mindset, no innovations, just keeps the most profitable businesses with minimal changes.

Broadcom acquired VMware and destroyed humanity. They stopped immigration support, managers called each employee asking about their immigration, illegal, personal information about spouse visa status, again illegal. With this information they decided layoffs and laid off people who needed immigration support.

Cons

It is an insane company that does not care for employees one bit. People driven by greed have left humanity, if you join be prepared to treated like a dog.
