Pros

Salary and Commuting. As the office is outside of Dublin you avoid the nightmare of public transport and commuting into town.

Cons

Forced demotions due to acquisition in hope that people will leave without severance. Management and HR a joke.

I dont see much pros. I have put 4 star because glass door only so popular rather recent.

Cons

Old technology. no value of name on CV, every where people know about political culture of the organisation. people are fired now then from Bangalore. 40% are empty place.

Pros

The pros are gone since Broadcom acquired CA Technologies and moved them from down town Vancouver to Richmond. The high performing talent has left, for very good reasons.

Cons

The Vancouver office was previously an API Management product awaited by CA technologies, which was subsequently acquired by Broadcom. Valued benefits were eliminated and talented staff were let go or quit. The office was moved to the suburbs.
