      Very few - I annuals to think of any

      Buy companies then strip them to the bare bones whilst trying to make employees quit rather than pay them off

      Work is fully appreciated , well paid

      Cons

      Personal development is not a strong point like it used to be in former Broadcom. New technologies are out of the focus for the newly AVGO-Broadcom company. Only successful technologies are looke upon. While it is good for the financial health of the company, it is discouraging for many engineers with a desire to further develop / diversify their own skills.

      1) Good Employee Stock Benefits in terms of RSUs. 2) Strong technical environment, many patented technologies were developed in-house by industry experts. Provides opportunity for gaining deep technical understanding, provided you have the opportunity to work and learn from them. 3) Technically challenging work with limited work force, many opportunities for making an impact. 4) Multicultural environment, provides exposure to different people all over the world.

      Cons

      1) Limited opportunities to climb into management positions. 2) Limited external training opportunities for career development.
