Business Outlook
Pros
Most business-like environment that I worked in. You are compensated well to do a job. Everything else is kept to the minimum and business objects are/must always achieved, or your head drops. CEO is an extremely good businessman (knows what strategic technologies and business assets to buy and sell off) and probably the best I will see in my life time.
Cons
You can lose your job easily and must stay relevant as much as possible.
