      Pros

      Good place to work technically and learn You can make good money through ESPP and RSU's for short term provided you bargain for them while entering

      Cons

      Lot of work pressure Policies are not at all employee friendly The way the company lays of employees is very bad. Lay off's can happen anytime !!! The way broadcom handled renesas mobile acquisition is proof of this. While acquiring renesas mobile they laid off many employees without any notice and when they closed renesas mobile (within 10 months !!!!) they were little better.

      Pros

      Very supporting work environment, great people, highly professional. Great place to learn latest technologies. Company offers business class international flights for the employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes work schedule gets very challenging and you are expected to work beyond the normal hours and even around the clock. The company has very aggressive M&A behavior for good and for bad. They frequently acquire new start-ups, but also laying off a lot of engineers.
