Pros

Challenging work environment. Very talented group of engineers to work with. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

Overly aggressive project schedules. So aggressive that the balance between work and home life is frequently not in balance. 10 hour work days and weekends is common, topped off by constantly being told by management that you are not meeting deadlines; deadlines created by management that were known to be unreasonable in the first place. Also, when you have an entire team of engineers that are reccommending solutions to serious problems, and those reccomendations are frequently dismissed and ignored by management, you know you have a serious management problem.

Pros

Great place to work - expectations are high but for those who deliver, rewards are high as well. Base pay at market, bonus opportunities (not a profit share, more individual accomplishment driven), good benefits (share purchase plan is great, medical is great, 401k match low). Senior mgmt will talk with you, answer questions, and ok to disagree.

Cons

Some work life balance issues during peak project schedules. Systems, processes, infrastructure needs to catch up with size and scale of company.

Pros

You can work for a good team, Market leader in most of the segment. Lots of new stuff learned every day.

Cons

Still works in a startup mode. Always trying to satisfy the next customer. Not much long term vision and time spend to achieve the vision. Due to recent Re orgs, lot of politics between every team.
