      Pros

      The people I work with are great and the direct managers I worked with are approachable and willing to help. The benefits are solid and there was even a health plan with no deductible which was impressive. There are stock benefits and retirement options that are very nice.

      Cons

      It is a large company and as you get up the leadership chain there is less interest in the person and more interest in the process and the metrics. While the benefits are quite good the salary was just competitive and nothing spectacular. In some situations I would rather see a higher base salary than to see it paid out "maybe" or "probably" in a bonus or RSUs.

      Pros

      RSU's, generally high pay, very good health insurance, unlimited PTO (If you have good direct management)

      Cons

      PTO is hard to get the ok for unless you have management that really care about it. RSU's are dependent on annual performance reviews. Annual performance reviews are a forced ranking so regardless of actual performance, there will always be people marked as needing improvement, sub par performance. Everything about the company is about sales, and quotas are unreasonable. Layoffs every year. They do not backfill, so teams are constantly understaffed, and it gets worse year after year. No promotions available. No internal training. Very hard for people to stay proficient. There is no company culture or sense of team
