Pros

Their NVME technology and corporate lawyers

Cons

Finds ways to do more with less which will take away any work life balance. Will decrease important tools causing inefficient and disconnected processes. Basically they run on sharing spreadsheets on google drive, or a homegrown quoting tool which again saves them money. Capped earnings with quarterly quota adjustments. They will even delay shipping millions of dollars in hardware previously ordered at quarter end. They will simply be out of a few hundred dollar HBA which they manufacture and send you an email saying sorry. Good luck talking to management about any problems. All best employees were bought out or left at this point.
