Pros
Good salary, stock plan (RSU), annual bonus might be higher than expectation, most management guys are super nice to the employees, and last but not least --- typical international culture. Many teams have people from 3+ countries, so you will always feel good no matter where you are from.
Cons
Like many gigantic companies, if you are full of passion for work, you might not always be satisfied by the workload. I remember during my first year here, I was out of work from time to time.
