      Pros

      Broadcom is one of the best company in industry. They are best at what they do.

      Cons

      Hikes are low. Not per industry standard. Half of staff is out-sourced and quality of engineers are poor. Not much to learn from your peers.

      Not much work load as of now. May change after Avago takes over. Not the one if you want to work in software, I joined as a fresher though.

      Cons

      Not much programming..very basic programming skills needed.
