      Good work life balance especially for those with kids.

      Development Infrastructure is not modern, because of which a lot of time gets wasted doing trivial stuff.

      Good pay and benefits. A few good people still remain who are committed to making the business succeed. Long-standing customer and partner base.

      Cons

      Individuals brought in at senior levels based on previous relationships who are under qualified and aren't performing. Business units are operating in silos and consistently fail to deliver yet there is no accountability. Company brand or lack thereof remains a key issue. Unsuccessful integration of acquisitions and not delivering on growth.
