      Pros

      Great compensation. Growing Company. Fantastic Products. Great opportunity for first year professionals with little to no experience.

      Cons

      Difficult to drive to results due to political nature of Senior Management. Company focused on new young talent as opposed to leveraging skill/experience of long term team players. Limited opportunity to move up in the organization. Company prefers to hire from outside rather than promoting from within.

      Pros

      Brocade has a beautiful campus, airy offices, flexible hours, and open communication among workers. Everyone was very friendly and pro-Brocade.

      Cons

      Movement within the company seems a little restricted. Atmosphere, while comfortable was a little dull. Overall, nothing too bad about working there, but nothing extraordinary.
