      Lacking in leadership, particularly in marketing.

      Pros

      New office building, promotes a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The executive leadership, particularly in marketing, prevents the company from growth. It is very difficult for the employees to be caught in the middle of senior management turf battles.

      Pay was fairly good. But then long hours

      Cons

      Poor management, weak and divisive, rarely in the office, untruthful and a liar at that. No support, hides away when there are serious customer escalations – leaves staff to take the fall. Untrustworthy, not fit to be a people or business unit manager/director. HR was the worse bunch of untruthful deceitful liars, caught out red-handed doctoring transcripts contrary to what was actually stated in meeting and proved false in the end through voice recording.
