      Pay is ok when they actually pay you what was legally agreed

      Cons

      Appalling Management Team, terrible company hidden by a great brand. They give you pay cuts to basic salary which is actually illegal in the UK, but they make you 'Agree' to it. If you try and engage with the management team its like talking to a brick wall. They get rid of people that dont agree with them all the time. Now I understand the company doesn't even exist - A great shame but a train crash we all saw coming. I was over target and they gave all my accounts away. Sexism is also absolutely Rife, and this is mainly against Men.

      1) Will get opportunity to work with some of the best in industry 2) Not enough growth Opportunities

      Cons

      1) Too many folks working in development at senior level 2) Management needs to provide equal Opportunities to everybody, but favoritism prevails over everything.
