      Pros

      Work life balance, good pay(needs to negotiate upfront tho as increment is slow), flexibility to work from home, good medical coverage for employee and family.

      Cons

      Slow increment, no job rotation as most jobs are in corporate HQ in San Jose, too many old leaders who still lack international view, too many people building their own empire, unclear direction and poor integration management of recent acquisition.
