Benefits, incentives, sales commission, supportive team members and managers

Cons

In a call centre environment, it can be tough to stay on top of tasks and take calls at the same time. During busy spring and summer months, there are a lot of times where it can get overwhelming. Also, dealing with angry clients as a front-line broker can be tough some days.
