Good benefits, flexibility in schedules and good starting pay. Management open to help me advance my career anyway they can. Working for a company owned by Intact financial can open a lot of doors.

Cons

Sales calls are not there hard to make commission.

Be cautious of which manager you decide to work for

Pros

Benefits are good and salary is average based on work load. Decent company to work for if you're just starting out in the industry.

Cons

A certain office in Calgary has dismissed much of it's staff, so do your research on the manager before accepting a position. Branch level management resorts to favoritism and focus on personal growth and bonuses rather than helping develop staff. Being in an industry that relies heavily on service, managers should not be yelling at staff AND customers, especially in front of other customers.
