      Good benefits, some good managment on lower level

      Cons

      Terrible upper management Small offices = more drama Employees who gossip No work from home option, sucks when you're sick Always understaffed - you are going to work more Most employees don't know what they're doing and you'll end up cleaning more work than doing your own work. Company too stuck on customer service and not enough on employees well being / working conditions. They are also so numbers focused which becomes really stressful and doesn't make the job fun anymore.

      - Leave the min your time is up. No one can say anything

      Cons

      - Pay is garbage, should be 60k instead of 50k - Training was absolutely horrendous. If you dont pick things up, you will struggle - Managers hide in the offices with other manager for hours to gossip while IA are looking for guidance
