Great benefits, co-workers and forward thinking office set up.

Cons

Why have a Yoga room/ staff areas if not given any time away from the phones to utilize them and their purpose. Too many KPIs. Some managers have 0 experience being a leader and keep being elevated in the ranks just because of length of employment Excuses from supervisors on why they can't support you and direct you to your peers instead (this is opposite from what messages are relayed from corporate) Micro Management, but no follow up or constructive feedback.
