Excellent benefits/ holidays/ personal days/ employee share purchase plan/ RSP match

Cons

Definitely undervalued in certain roles within the company and treated truly like you are replaceable and just an employee number- raises and bonuses are proof in the pudding so negotiate a fair rate of pay from the onset as you won't advance in pay for years to come.

BrokerLink is hands down the best Brokerage I've ever worked at. I consider myself as an Insurance Journeyman - having worked at a total 5 brokerages in my career and nothing tops; the people, growth opportunities and easy workflows to process that BrokerLink offers.

Cons

Can be rigid in their methods and stiff on their expectations.
