Would definitely choose Bronson for my health care - Very skilled, knowledgeable health care professionals. Growing company. Environmentally responsible. Patient focused. Show appreciation for hard work.
Cons
Stigmatize employees who take FMLA and especially those with mental health issues as opposed to physical health issues. Poor communication -- do not discuss concerns before they build up to a breaking point. Do not communicate expectations; punitive approach. Not flexible hours despite being a salaried position. Chronically understaffed across all departments. No work-life balance. Overall work culture gossipy - many people talking about others behind their backs starting at the top levels and cascading down. Talk about Positivity but do not display and model Positivity.
