If you are looking to be apart of a great team then look no further! Everyone here works together to bring the best care to their patients!

Cons

Medical benefits can be a bit pricey when only working part time! I don't really have any other cons to report.

Pros

As we switched to Bronson, all the managers were included in the work groups to learn more about BHG and being a good manager through their "New Leader Pathway" program to help orient all new leaders. They also offer other learning opportunities and help you to have a good overall balance of activities both personally and professionally. It helps to make you a better manager and understand the company's mission, standards for excellence, and to succeed at being a better manager.

Cons

It's difficult to switch from one area of interest to another.
