Great organization, but lacking in employee appreciation and engagement

Pros

Some great people work here. They are extremely intelligent and passionate about what they do. The organization is focused on quality and the patient experience, which is a fabulous mission.

Cons

The salaries are not competitive for the market or the industry. no opportunity for promotion within the organization for non-clinicians and non-clinicians get little-to-no professional development opportunities, mentors, or professional association connections.
