still some pockets of culture and people who really care.

Cons

current executive leaders focus mostly on money. most conversations feel very transactional. this comes from the very top with CEO and board. believe what you are hearing and experiencing.

403b, they do quarterly matches on %6 contributions, it's really awesome

Cons

They don't care, no incentives, take away everything little by little. More work with way less people. Quantity over quality. Lunch room prices, 1.49 per piece of bacon, little cup of yogurt and fresh fruit (little) $6.50, 1 piece of bread is like .75. and every time we get a raise the prices go up, trust.
