Still plenty of smart talented people there who collaborate and work hard for the benefit of the entire company

Cons

With the acquisition by NetSuite and then Oracle, the company culture changed dramatically. Corporate politics have come into play. It's no longer about the best thing for the business. Lots of changes being made because 'this is how we do things at Oracle and/or NetSuite', with little understanding of the impacts on the business. Also cross-departmental collaboration is almost entirely gone. The silos are high and each team is now focused on what they need to do for their team.
