The recent acquisition has put a serious strain on the company and unfortunately, it's showing signs of getting much worse rather than better. The processes put in place hurt both the customers and the employees - it makes it difficult to do your job. Depending on the department you're in, it can be difficult if not impossible to get work from home or schedule flexibility. Career growth is stagnant at best - it may depend on your manager, but they're more likely to hire outside than promote from within. "Unlimited" PTO is more like a suggested 3 weeks - maybe 4 if you're lucky. Salary is very low compared to industry standard.

Was a medium sized company that had a strong culture but was recently purchased by a major multi billion dollar company. Hope they can maintain their own identity and keep what made them great. Salaries were average at best for the industry.
