Pros

Pay is somewhat in line with permanent employees. No real 'benefit' for the role as agency worker. Hours in my assignment are really flexible.

Cons

Communication to/from the office is poor. Still awaiting 'referral scheme' bonus from over 4 months ago! Have known colleagues get pay completely wrong and takes ages to be rectified. Took ages for reasonable adjustments to be put into place.
