Cons

Injured my ankle and told them I would be on crutches for three weeks, they said the employers they had set me up with didn't want me anymore, I asked them if they could help at all, and said I would be happy to, and more to the point needed to return to that job when I could walk again, however I was let go. This was mid-July, didn't go back to university until late September, despite asking they made no effort to contact me about me another job. My friend, who was also working the same job through Brook Street then left early August, thus I asked to fill his place. I did not hear back.

Pros

Great people to work with the environment is very comfortable and welcoming and the challenges of recruitment make it an environment where you all feel as if you are working towards one goal.

Cons

Management get pressured allot to produce results and sometimes this trickles down in a bad way. The salaries are less than ideal, the back office staff don't get recognised at all because we're not front facing and we don't do the sales bit, but we support the staff in doing their job.
