Good bonus structure. Online training when requested. Chilled working environment. Have the potential for progression.

Cons

Basic wage is quite low. How much you enjoy the job depends on who your manager is. Targets and sales calls are really high. As it is a big company you are very easily lost in the employees. No incentives or rewards/ company competitions like most other recruitment agencies.
