Found a job for me quickly. But were rude and dealt with my references poorly

Meant to be paid every week, but didn't get paid until week 3 and blamed me for their mistake on filling out payment details. I booked off work and had phoned in sick, both of these occasions they did not let my line manager know assuming I just did not bother turning up. THE PAY IS DREADFUL! I was getting paid less than minimum wage because they took such a high percentage.

They have a poor selection of roles, they offer unfair salaries to staff, whilst overcharging many clients by alot more than the temps get paid.
