Pros

Nothing good to say about them!!

Cons

Forgot to pay you your holiday money then having to wait till they sort out!! Brookstreet employees always snooty make you feel like your scum! Don't get sick or have holidays, coz they don't like that, they want you to work 24/7 to line their pockets!! Had to pay for your own DBS check and then get told by brookstreet we will pay you back once you have worked for a number of weeks, so basically if you only work two weeks you don't get the money back!! Have to send weekly timesheets so if your busy and forget you don't get paid!! IF only you could go back in time i would gladly not go to this interview with brookstreet!!!

Pros

Great bonus on paper. Goodish salary. Free tea. Free coffee. Expenses paid for and on time. Great training, probably the best. Sally and my colleagues were the best thing about the company.

Cons

Sales. Bare sales. You will become a telesales spammer and hate yourself for it. Company culture is that you if you do not conform or are liked by the managers you will be out the door without a valid reason before your probation is up. This happened to many people whilst I was there. Totally disorganised and a shambles from the top down. CEO is so out of touch with staff and the world of recruitment he wouldn't know a candidate if he saw one alive. Company attitude towards recruitment is insanely outdated. Literally the library of Babylon would have more up to date methods in order to do the job. Yellow pages would be an upgrade. Long hours and hard work go unnoticed. If you are male, don't expect to last long. Seems to be a sexist company with a nasty bullying culture.
