The leadership team really cares about the well-being of everyone and they make sure everyone feels heard and appreciated. Brookfield also has some of the smartest people you'll ever have the opportunity to work with. They are passionate, collaborative, and have an intense understanding of the market. Brookfield truly is a great place to grow your career.
Cons
Due to our growth, the organization continues to go through a lot of change which for some can be overwhelming. You really need to take the time to learn and understand both your role and the broader industry in order to be successful. Brookfield Renewable has high expectations, but I personally find it to be an exciting and challenging environment.
