Pros

Brookfield is a great place to work - it's a challenging and dynamic environment, and a perfect place to grow my career.

Cons

Change is a constant - this is refreshing to some, but not the right place for everyone. There is a high workload.

Dynamic environment, extremely interesting business, good benefits and carrier growth potential is offered for those who are looking for such.

Very lean company in terms of head count which adds to an already challenging environment.

Pros

Multiple interview stages really allowed me to get to know the team before I started and make sure it was a good move for me. I always had a main point of contact and she consistently kept me up to date on the process and next steps. I received copies of all the HR policies and my first week schedule well in advance of my first day so I really felt prepared. The cherry on top was the super endearing welcome video I got from my team! You can tell from day 1 that Brookfield values their employees and provides them with the tools to be successful.

Cons

Haven't found one yet! There is definitely a lot of change so you need to make sure it's a good culture fit though.
