The company has grown too quickly and the people in management positions have no idea how to lead or motivate junior people. Certain people in manager level positions get away with mistreating others and people turn the blind eye.
The culture is very fake and passive-aggressive. In general, people seem nice on the surface but are in fact are not very helpful and do not like to be disturbed.
In terms of getting things done, this is the most inefficient places I've ever been at. Too many meetings after meetings and useless call. People love setting up meetings instead of doing any real work. Too many cooks in the kitchen with no one to make the ultimate decision.
