Culture is everything here at Brooksource which is why we strive to create a welcoming environment where all our employees feel empowered to be the best. This includes the creation of our employee-led connection groups, joined together based on common backgrounds, identities, or interests to provide a safe space for conversation and development. We also host several out-of-office events including volunteering opportunities, sporting events, and other activities to further strengthen the relationships we build.
