From the time of my initial interview with my market director, I could tell how much emphasis Brooksource places on the family core value. They really do treat you like one of their own and everyone is so genuine. There are no hidden agendas or political hierarchy. Brooksource has done everything to set me up for success and help me grow as a professional as well as a person. It is an awesome feeling to know that you can make a direct impact each day and at such a young age (company's median age is 26) be set up for so much success. I truly believe that if you have the opportunity to interview with Brooksource you will understand exactly what I am writing about.

This truly is a place that listens and values all employees insight, regardless of tenure, and helps you reach the career goals you put in place. I couldn't be more thankful that I have been able to grow my career with so many supportive, caring, hard working individuals that inspire me to be better every day. I've been here for 4 years, and the amount of new positions and growth opportunities created in that short time frame is remarkable - and it's not stopping!
