      College-like office environment, and happy hours.

      Cons

      The pay is incredibly low in comparison to other companies. A 'professional recruiter' makes under $80k for one of the highest roles in the office. They do a good job of distracting you from focusing on how poor you are by having a lot of fun outings throughout the year (on your own dime). Overall it would be a good job out of school while you interview elsewhere.

      Brooksource has an awesome culture that feels like family and is very collaborative. There is so much opportunity for growth within the company. The work is very goals driven and there is a lot of support to help you hit these goals. The company cares about you on both a professional and personal level.
