Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, but we are disappointed to hear that it was a negative one. Culture is everything here at Brooksource which is why we strive to create a welcoming environment where all our employees feel empowered to be the best. This includes the creation of our employee-led connection groups, joined together based on common backgrounds, identities, or interests to provide a safe space for conversation and development. We also have quarterly DEI Workshops led by our Director of Diversity & Alumni Engagement, to educate our employees about the different organizations and initiatives we are working with to further our development in the areas of DEI. As of 2020, we are proud to announce that our consultants have a diversity of 52.6% along gender lines and 52.7% racial diversity. One’s work is never done when it comes to DEI but to say we have a culture that does not welcome all, regardless of background, would not be accurate.

You have a great opportunity to make a lot of money at a very young age. Coworkers are all younger so it is a fun work environment.

Cons

Limited flexibility when it comes to WFH Mandatory events all focus on drinking and seem to occur weekly. This leaves little time for you to spend with others outside of the company. No diversity at all and leadership continues to claim that we don’t have a diversity problem. Expensive health benefits Terrible paternity/maternity leave policy

Strong culture and fun people to work with

Cons

Not fairly compensated, no adequate training, lack of structure, no diversity, over worked (expected to be glued to your phone and/or computer at all times), limited to no opportunities for growth within the organization. Hire individuals right out of college, the company lacks maturity from a growth and internal standpoint.
