When people ask why I love where I work, the answer is simple. The people. Brooksource is an IT staffing company, but it is so much more than that. It is a company that pours into its people to foster independence, growth, and success. Between our unparalleled culture and our limitless growth potential, Brooksource is a company I am proud to be a part of. I have found not just a job, but a career; not just co-workers, but a family. When I first came to Brooksource, I had just graduated with my Master's degree, and realized it was not what i wanted in a career. So when I started to interview for jobs, I realized Brooksource stood out unlike the others. One of the defining differences was the training model. Brooksource provides tailored training to all new employees their first week on the job, and continued education in the field. The resources we are provided with allows us to reach out to anyone in the company for advice, support, and mentoring. I have now gone through three corporate training events that have provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in the field. From the one on one role plays, to presentations from the top Account Executive reps and recruiters, upper management, and directors, Brooksource ensures a seamless knowledge transfer and continued education and growth.

There are many positives about working for Brooksource. The first to mention is our incredible culture. Here at Brooksource, we foster a culture of friendship and family that transcends throughout the organization. The second is the ability to make a good living at a very young age. Those who embrace the "work hard, play hard" mentality that we look for will see their hard work pay off not only in their paychecks, but in the opportunities that are presented to them. Lastly, we promote 100% from within. Everyone in the organization started in the same position- as a recruiter. We don't promote based on tenure; we promote based performance.
