      Pros

      I have been working here since I graduated college 4 years ago and I couldn't have asked for a better place to work. The people I work with are awesome and the culture is great. It is a very collaborative environment and everyone is working towards one collective goal. It's a pretty great feeling growing with a company that has people who come from all different backgrounds and for the most part are all recent graduates. I would highly recommend Brooksource for anyone looking for a sales or recruiting role

      The communication and messaging about the future state of the company could be better, but its not horrible.

      I have been working for this company right out of school and have been here for many years and truly feel like I am fulfilled in so many ways. The core of this company is family and everyone has your back. We are working equally for our internal and external clients to ensure are repor, support, training, etc, Management really dedicates their life to this thing and helping others which is awesome. I feel welcomed and I want to be here everyday and love the opportunity to be here.

      Honestly, the company is growing and we are always trying to improve with the change and times. We are learning and growing just like others around us and are always striving to be better!

      Pros

      -Amazing culture. Been in Chicago for 3 years and these people have become my second family. You end up not only spending your work days together but spending your weekends and week nights with each other. Close knit group. -Huge potential for growth. I've hit 3 promotions over 3 years. Base salary has increased each time with commission percentages increase each time as well. A LOT of potential to make a lot of money. -Great Leaders. Chicago has two of the best in the business. They align you with where you want to be and truly make this a stepping stone into a long-term career opportunity not a quick place holder.

      Cons

      -Staffing is lucrative. Lots of ups and downs but comes with being in a heavy sales role. People are our product. It's hard to have a lot of control in an industry like this. -Recruiting/Staffing industry can get a bit of a bad rep.
