      Pros

      I joined the Brooksource team in June 2015 and was able to be promoted in less than 6 months. the ability to make your own career path and be completely in charge of your own success is incredible. A few of the reasons I love working here are the team atmosphere...the office has become my family, the ability to take control of your own success and have the ability to make whatever salary you desire (with hard work put in), and the training program that has allowed me to grown immensely professionally and emotionally since graduation.

      Cons

      You have to have the ability to work hard and autonomously. Even though that's not a con to some it may not be ideal.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and very family oriented environment. There is so much opportunity for business and growth opportunities at Brooksource and having great co-workers makes the job great. The job itself can be demanding , and crazy dealing with people some times so having a solid foundation of colleagues to come back to helps immensely.

      Cons

      The job can be very stressful and demanding trying to fill positions. Sometimes extra hours are required if you are looking to be very successful at this company.

      Good work environment, high energy,nice boss, fun to work at, good times, pretty decent opportunities

      not the area of business i want to go into, nothing against the company itself, just didn't align with my career path.
