      Pros

      Brooksource establishes a culture where relationships truly matter. We value the relationships we build with our contractors and clients just as much as our internal ones. People truly matter at Brooksource, they are not just resources. My colleagues are like family and we truly inspire each other to do great things. I'm very blessed to be a part of this company!

      Cons

      It's hard to come up with any cons to be honest. I plan on retiring from here and it's for good reason. There is unlimited growth and earnings potential and people truly care.

      The culture here is incredible! The leadership in the office truly cares about everyone's success. The growth opportunities within the company are endless if you have the motivation and drive to work hard. Brooksource brings the concept of team work to life on a daily basis.

      There are no "cons" if you are willing to set goals and push yourself to achieve them. The effort put in everyday directly correlates with the level of professional growth you will reach after just a short time with the company.
