      Everyone is so incredibly nice and tight-knit. Goal oriented and a lot of earning potential. Could see myself here a long time!

      Not much, staffing isn't glamorous.

      Pros

      The opportunity for growth here is unreal. I have goals meetings every few weeks to make sure I am on track for my own personal success. I have never felt as critical to an organization as I do at Brooksource! The people here are all extremely motivated and driven to be successful in whatever we do. I've never had a single day where I dreaded coming to work.
