Brooksource has an unbeatable company culture. I couldn't be happier with the people I work with--company-wide, not just office-wide. It is a very collaborative environment and there is always someone there willing to help and mentor new employees. You will get as much out of Brooksource as you put into it. If money is your motivator, you have uncapped commission. Brooksource also sets their employees up to succeed. We have a strong training program that gets better and better with each class. They also let you create your own path within the company! I couldn't be more satisfied with my first job out of college. We are a smaller IT staffing firm and therefore I think it's easier for us to retain our employees due to lots of interaction with all levels of staff, including the most senior/upper management and first year recruiters. Brooksource wants longevity in their employees time here. We are very goal-oriented as well.

They provide a solid training program and promote a fun company culture that is visible throughout every office. Great fit for anyone with aspirations to keep an entrepreneurial mindset in a growing company. This is a great company if you want to move up quickly - as long as you can prove yourself and your worth to the company. I would recommend to any friend I had looking for a position.
